And as a Scot, I can guarantee it's possible to gut and clean the enemy wearing a skirt. And just for the historically intrigued, the Scottish kilt used to be much longer, but the English shortened it, either because it made us work harder and faster, or they liked watching our legs.
Decidere -- thanks. That's an argument for letting in transgender soldiers and revising the uniforms! As for the Brits, I suspect it could have been a little bit of both.....
But can we make a rule keeping the English out?
Yes,Prof. Hutchinson, it is indeed EXCELLENT satire! Except that George Dubya Bush may take it seriously and increase qualifying number of the brutally killed to 100!...You never know. After all, he's still around and the "democratic" congress hasn't start prosecuting him or his evil twin Cheney yet...
